What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee transformation initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
How you will do it
- Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing operations team.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
