Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead technology projects from initiation to completion bridging technical expertise with project management skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring milestones
are met and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
- Work closely with engineering, IT, and development teams to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges.
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
- Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project Managment or within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
