Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
As the Project Manager for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to become a valuable member of our Project Delivery team, making a genuine, positive impact in the lives of our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact between Traka and the customer to facilitate Traka solution deployments to scope.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with Sales and Engineering teams, facilitating, and running project planning meetings with customers, scheduling technical resources, maintaining the dispatch calendar, planning hardware materials, reviewing pre and post deployment documentation, managing project expenses and the detailed administration of all project data using Salesforce.
What you will do…
- Responsible for detailed project administration within Traka Commercial Systems (Salesforce/ServiceMax).
- Facilitate project planning meetings and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals on time and on budget.
- Review technical specifications and blueprints for system hardware installations.
- Act as the central point of receipt of all Project documentation such as completed Pre-Installation and Health & Safety forms, and to ensure that all of these documents are checked for detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for logging any issues that arise during the Project lifecycle including sales quoting, operational shortfalls and resource restrictions.
- Create and maintain Gantt charts for large deployment projects/programs.
- As required respond quickly to the emergency situations in order to meet the needs of customers and also system technicians while they are operating in the field.
- Administer end of project closeout review calls with customers with a goal of achieving 100% satisfaction from the customer.
- Ensures all safety requirements and departmental accountability procedures are followed.
- Convey a sense of professionalism, fairness, and concern for customers, labor and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.
