Overview

Duties
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Implement quality management practices to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Monitor project budgets and perform cost control measures to ensure financial accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
- Apply effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project coordination principles.
- Proficiency in project management software including Smartsheet for tracking progress and resources.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost control and budget management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
