POSITION SUMMARY:
Uses formal project management methods to initiate, execute, and control pre-defined projects through traditional or agile project teams. Full stage gate methodology and/or agile methods typically employed. Manages medium size effort / projects / tasks and serves as a subject expert in an individual contributor role. Change management experience required. Moderate to many number of stakeholder touch points.
POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage work definition with teams, document project activities, sequences of milestones, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project on time and within budget. Defines project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. Supports product owners in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications and helping implement an effective system of program governance.
- Work closely with sponsor and stakeholders to determine project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing, while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource constraints. Manages program/project scope and facilitates changes through a standard change management process.
- Responsible for coordinating with others cross functional IT and Business teams as necessary to resolve interdependent issues. Provide direction and decision making for problem resolution to project resources during the project duration in a matrix organizational structure.
- Effectively manage trade-offs between scope/cost/schedule versus customer benefit while maintaining quality and minimizing risk.
- Regularly tracks and reports status, issues, risks, and financials and communicates to management by preparing and producing high quality reports and presentations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through the project lifecycle, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative work enviroment.

POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Two to five years of related experience and demonstrated success in project leadership.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 - $153,784/year.
