We’re seeking a motivated, solutions-driven Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing Structures Division. This is an exciting opportunity with a company known for its strong safety culture and longstanding partnership with the railroad industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure profitability and productivity
- Identify, bid, and manage construction projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and 3rd party engineers
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Track job costs using accounting software
- Support project success with effective communication and planning

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in heavy highway, bridge, or railroad construction
- Skilled in reading plans/specs and using estimating software (HCSS Heavy Bid preferred)
- Knowledge of heavy equipment (cranes, excavators, pile drivers, etc.)
- Strong focus on safety compliance
- Proficient with basic tech tools (smartphone, laptop)
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to gain E-railsafe clearance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
