Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize construction management HouzzPro for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in construction management.
Skills
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and project management principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams on construction sites.
