Job Title: Project Manager (local to Austin only)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 1day onsite a week)

Job description:
- Lead and manage large, complex technology-related projects from initiation through delivery.
- Apply Agile project management methodologies to plan, track, and deliver project milestones.
- Develop, gather, and analyze complex business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with DPS goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Assist in identifying and documenting business technology challenges and recommending solutions.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- 7+ years of experience in Agile/project management methodologies and practices.
- 3+ years leading large, complex technology-related projects.
- 3+ years developing and analyzing complex business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- 1+ year documenting business technology challenges.
- Previous experience in a government or public safety agency environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
