Could you be the full-time Project Warranty Data Analyst in Bengaluru we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our warranty and performance improvement (PI) activities for metro and locomotive rolling stock. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and customer service), analyze technical and financial data, and manage warranty-related information to support decision-making, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of data management and technical analysis, but also provide insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing warranty and performance improvement data for metro and locomotive rolling stock
  • Conducting technical and financial data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Utilizing digital tools such as GSI, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP for data handling and reporting
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support warranty activities
  • Contributing to the development of efficient processes and tools for data management
  • Providing clear and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including English proficiency
