Overview
We are looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician. They will need a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and repair. We do everything Including installing windows, doors, Minor electric, plumbing, drywall, plumbing, Trim, Vinyl plank flooring, Painting, siding, and Maintenace on Vacant and occupied units. We work on mostly single family homes. We’re looking for someone with skills that reflect excellent customer service, a positive attitude, excellent problem solving, and able to work as part of a team. They must interact well with residents and vendors and be able to adhere to company standards and policies. A valid driver’s license is required. Pay is based on experience. We work in Portage, Summit, and Stark counties. Our shop is located in Greentown.
