NOW HIRING – FULL TIME POSITION AT AAA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
AAA Property Management is looking to hire a full-time team member starting mid-July 2025. More information, including pay and benefits, will be shared at a later date.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Extra hours may be required
- Mandatory overtime in December and January for year-end processing
- Must have experience with:
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Word
- Property management software (we use Yardi Breeze) this is a plus
- Must be comfortable:
- Setting up and conducting property showings (Clinton, Windsor, and Butler areas)
- Handling accounts payable
- Screening rental applications and preparing lease agreements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual
- Proactive and willing to take initiative

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends & holidays off
- Weekends as needed
