Range of Responsibilities:
- ¾ time manage his/her patient schedule ¼ time managerial duties
- Overseeing prosthetic cases company-wide
- Strengthen physician relationships and attend strategic company meetings
- Mentor CPO team members and COs on complex cases
- Collaborate with the fabrication team on turnaround times and work closely with the audit department
- Contribute to vendor evaluations, pricing, and L-code selections
- Lead practitioner KPI management and team meetings
Qualifications:
- ABC or BOC certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics
- Minimum five years of patient care experience; two years of leadership preferred
- Expertise in multi-specialty orthotics and prosthetics, including trauma, pediatric care, scoliosis, and stroke rehabilitation
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
