What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage a defined territory, introducing our Lifetime™ Sealant to high-impact buyers in commercial, public sector, and industrial markets.
- Conduct on-site visits, deliver technical presentations, and run product demos for engineers, contractors, procurement officials, and property managers.
- Navigate bid/RFP processes, help spec our solution into proposals, and close deals with measurable ROI for the client.
- Coordinate with the team for technical support, sample shipments, and deal structuring.
- Utilize branded marketing tools, case studies, and visuals to effectively communicate the long-term value of our product.
- Stay up-to-date on local infrastructure budgets, building codes, and property maintenance cycles relevant to your market.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, coatings, waterproofing, sealants, or adjacent verticals
- Familiarity with AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), facility maintenance, or public sector procurement
- Ability to manage long-cycle and spec-based sales
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel for site visits and demos
