Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in commercial construction, has an immediate opening for an Part-Time Marketing Specialist to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
Website & Internal Displays
- Maintain and update the company website and internal TV marketing slides.
- Create and manage project pages to keep information current.
Social Media & SEO
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn).
- Post 3–4 times weekly on various topics (projects, recruiting, awards, events).
- Oversee SEO strategy and optimize web pages for search terms.
Resumes, Certifications & Awards
- Create and update company resumes and maintain headshots.
- Track employee certifications and apply for industry awards.
Project Support
- Order and update job site signage.
- Track monthly signage inventory.
- Schedule final project photography and create one-page project summaries.
Culture, Swag & Branding
- Support company events with branded materials.
- Coordinate marketing materials and swag for recruiting.
- Design and distribute branded swag (new hire kits, employee gifts, vehicle stickers, business cards, etc.).
- Assemble client gifts and perform competitive pricing research for swag.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education and Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
