What You’ll Do
As a Pure Barre Teacher, you’ll lead group classes designed to lift, tone, and burn—all while creating an unforgettable studio experience. You’ll guide clients through our signature barre technique with precision and encouragement, ensuring a safe and empowering environment for all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach high-energy, effective Pure Barre classes with enthusiasm and consistency
- Learn and deliver classes according to Pure Barre’s established choreography and guidelines
- Offer hands-on corrections and personal guidance during classes
- Build strong relationships with members, helping them feel seen and supported
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the studio
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Assist with light studio upkeep as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in dance, fitness, or movement (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience
- Availability to teach a minimum of 5 hours per week, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Willingness to complete Pure Barre’s comprehensive teacher training program (provided upon hiring)
