Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Graft Lead is responsible for the assistance in operations of the Quality Assurance department. Responsible for obtaining data/metrics to facilitate our financial analysis of hiring for expansion and growth.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate the grafting program
- Keep track of new and discharged graft patients.
- Keep spreadsheets updated.
- Collect data for research.
- Coordinates ordering and delivery of new candidates; follows-up on tracking.
- Checks charts for clinical cues pertaining to healing and/or stalled wounds.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Scheduling experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and product management skills and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
