Overview
Integrated Brain Health provides consulting services to clinicians all over the country and world. We specialize in helping process EEG data and provide suggestions regarding Neurofeedback and neuromodulation interventions. The qualified applicant will learn to assist with EEG analyses and report generation and assist with administrative tasks.
The candidate will learn advanced EEG computational methods and programs. There is no direct contact with patients. Research opportunities are available. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to provide comprehensive support within our team.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and will involve a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide general administrative support including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as required.
- Assist in office management tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
- Utilize computer literacy to navigate various software applications and tools.
- Support event planning efforts by coordinating logistics and managing schedules.
- Offer executive administrative support to senior management as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked.
Experience
