SALES ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in an exciting role with an industry leader. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist production by transferring live leads to our Licensed Sales Agents.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Live lead transfers to Licensed Sales Agents across the nation.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology.
- Actively participate in achieving sales goals and targets set by the Company.
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to improve your skill and knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:
- Base compensation - 14.00-16.00
- $10 additional per transfer.
- $5 additional per transfer that results in a sale.
- Unlimited earning potential:
- *** Most performers are making an average of $32 per hour between their base pay and bonuses earned. ***

SCHEDULE:
- Create your own schedule between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday work available.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment is a climate-controlled office setting, with a combination of personal office and cubicles. The noise volume is high and is not limited to talking, typing, music playing throughout the office, and a high energy atmosphere. Must have the ability to multitask such as being on the phone with clients and taking notes.
