Quality Assurance Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, SSOP, Food Defense).
- Oversee lab testing and inspect raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
- Conduct daily quality control and analyze trends to drive improvements.
- Coordinate training on food safety, hygiene, and allergen control.
- Lead and support audits (FDA, SQF, customer) and manage corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints and product deviations with root cause analysis.
- Manage quality documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
- 2+ years in food manufacturing quality assurance.
- Experience with audits, documentation control, and corrective actions. SQF certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP, FDA, and USDA standards.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments and hot production settings.
