Job Title: Quality Assurance & Inventory Control Technician
Location: Tampa, FL: 5 days per week in-office

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality control inspection and other quality control activities supporting electronic component shipping, receiving, storage, and packaging activities.
- Inventory management.
- Ensuring all incoming and outgoing electronic products meet specified quality parameters by participating in screening and testing processes.
- Provide troubleshooting support when incoming electronic products require disposition or product correction.
- Ability to understand product coding and datasheets.
- Ability to perform calculations and counts of products.
- Create record inspection results relevant to product management activity.
- Monitor and maintain inventory and operational supplies.
- Analyze Data through virtual inventory system to keep inventory levels standard.
- Work with team and leadership to fix problems.
- Work closely and positively with other quality and administration departments, staff, and management located within the facility.
- Support the Quality Department and Continuous Improvement Processes.
- Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality control environment
- Experience in working with electronic components or in an ESD safe environment
- Quality assurance/control experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop, and crouch up to 50% of the time while performing this position's duties.
Asset Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Basic mathematic skills
- Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
