We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and quality of our email platform. You will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring that our application meets business requirements and provides exceptional user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain a deep understanding of the EmailOpen application.
- Work with Engineers and Application Manager to develop and execute test plans.
- Perform manual tests for UI/UX and functionality.
- Develop and maintain a regression test case library.
- Troubleshoot software application issues.
- Log issues and enhancement requests with detailed scenarios, screenshots and screencasts.
- Manage and run automation testing (Selenium).
- Work with Engineers to create new automation tests.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in QA Analysis.
- Technical and extremely detailed oriented.
- Ability to understand databases and programming concepts.
- API testing experience.
- Affinity for design with the ability to spot UI/UX issues.
- Ability to test various browsers and devices.
- Strong perseverance in trying to reproduce issues.
- Experience with test management tools.
- Experience simple building automated test suites using Selenium a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with extreme attention to detail.
