Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures that align with ISO 9001 Standards. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the quality control processes, including quality inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage documentation related to quality systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate data from quality inspections and audits to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective project management of quality-related projects, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivelent experience (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences).
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
- Proficiency in QA/QC methodologies and tools for effective quality management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,351.75 - $65,455.88 per year
