Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Quality Manager with deep expertise of manufacturing goods and electronic systems. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate who excels in high-stakes environments and can architect quality systems that ensure product excellence. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s quality strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager oversees and leads the day-to-day operations of the entire Quality department, setting the vision and direction for quality control across all operations. This role acts as a key leader in driving quality improvements, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The Quality Manager will manage the coordination of incident and case management while maintaining oversight of critical quality functions and ensuring operational alignment with organizational goals. A key focus is on building a structured, scalable quality system with strong communication protocols—particularly with overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the company’s quality strategy and objectives.
- Lead departmental planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary quality representative to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Department Oversight
- Supervise and mentor personnel; ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Assign and monitor workloads to ensure efficient resolution of cases and incidents.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to support professional growth.
- Ensure proper execution and documentation of processes, maintaining adherence to quality standards.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs for quality operations.
- Supervise inventory management processes, with a focus on quarantine, defective product tracking, and inventory accuracy. Ensure all quality alerts, incident reports, and case records are created and resolved accurately and promptly.

Product and Supplier Quality Management
- Lead the review and resolution of supplier-related defects, including the approval and submission of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Oversee vendor RMA (VRMA) processes and supplier quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution and implementation of preventive measures.
- Develop and manage supplier quality programs, including audits and scorecards.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a central point of escalation for quality-related concerns, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Foster open communication between Quality Case Coordinators, internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure quality standards are consistently communicated and upheld throughout the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Documentation and Reporting
- Develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection protocols to ensure product compliance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all quality-related records, including RMAs, NCRs, VRMAs, First Articles, and inventory management.
- Generate comprehensive reports for senior management on case trends, process effectiveness, and team performance.
- Prepare documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, return rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage quality documentation, audits, and reporting in compliance with ISO or other applicable standards.
- Support training programs to ensure quality awareness across the organization.
