Responsibilities:
Implement a quality control program for all food products.
- Swabbing of production lines.
- Ensure that all quality control work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all quality control work is completed in compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Develop and maintain a quality control inventory.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of quality control best practices.
- Knowledge of GMP
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of swabbing for pathogens
Monday-Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm
