Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares weekly Daikin Kaizen activity report.
Conducts training on quality topics including ISO requirements, standard operating procedures, Kaizen processes, etc., and drives Kaizen team activities.
Investigates trends related to quality and collaborates with purchasing, manufacturing engineering and production teams to solve quality issues.
Reacts quickly to quality issues that arise internally and in the field and collaborates with the appropriate team to ensure resolution of the issue.
Coordinates and communicates quality activities and needs with the Quality Manager.
Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.
May direct technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; five to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
