Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop and optimize quality control processes to enhance scalability across production lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with engineering and manufacturing objectives.
  • Ensure reliability through root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 8D and FMEA.
  • Drive innovation by integrating digital quality tools such as SPC dashboards and data analytics for predictive quality management.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by training teams on ISO 9001 standards, Lean Six Sigma principles, and Alstom’s quality frameworks.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IRIS.
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools like 8D, FMEA, and PDCA.
  • Ability to interpret and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Strong collaboration skills using digital platforms for cross-site quality coordination.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience working with SAP or GSI preferred
  • Great presentation and communications skills required
