Assists in daily, weekly, and monthly activities associated with quality control, and quality control documentation.
· Complete all daily inspections working in production, shipping, and receiving inspection, and the lab testing area.
· Handle all incoming raw material sampling for both micro-testing and customer requests.
· Assist in setting up production documentation daily.
· Support Sensory Testing in both production processing and blending areas.
· Aid Production identification and Labeling.
· Assist in documenting, disposing, and labeling of ON-HOLD or NON-CONFORMING products.
· Help gather and store all documentation for production, maintenance, sanitation, and shipping and receiving.
· Identification, inspection, and documentation of all incoming raw material inspection.
· Report unusual activity concerning quality, security, or other suspicious activities.
· Participate in all required training.
· Follow all GMP requirements.
· Complete other duties as assigned, including production tasks if required.
Qualification & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. when required and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of FDA rules & regulations is a plus
