About Copperline Ranch
Copperline Ranch is a 25-acre working farm and event venue located on the historic former estate of country legend Kenny Rogers. We host private events, weddings, and immersive ranch experiences while maintaining the land and caring for a variety of animals including goats, pigs, chickens, and more.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Ranch Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time role that involves everything from animal care and facility maintenance to supporting special events. The ideal candidate is handy with tools, comfortable with physical labor, and ready to work in a dynamic farm environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily ranch maintenance, including fencing, irrigation, equipment upkeep, and minor repairs
- Operate and maintain basic tools, farm equipment, and vehicles
- Assist with animal feeding, care, and habitat upkeep (goats, pigs, chickens, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, outbuildings, and grounds
- Support event setup and breakdown when needed (weekend work may be required)
- Work collaboratively with the ranch team to ensure property remains guest-ready at all times
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and structural issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant ranch, farm, or hands-on property maintenance experience
- Strong experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic farm equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Experience with animals is a plus but not required
