We are looking for a talented Senior Technician to join PepsiCo Sparkling Innovation Category Development team.
- Support product development initiatives by preparing beverage samples for various product development activities.
- Coordinate the production and storage of samples, as well as support stability study.
- Submit samples for analytical or sensory testing.
- Thoroughly document experimental details in laboratory notebook.
- Maintain and document laboratory inventory
- Maintain lab equipment through regular equipment calibration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
- Be the lab manager by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
- Maintain and document lab supply inventory.
- Effectively collaborate with members of other groups to maintain the lab or conduct lab work.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,000 - $88,500.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- B.S. in the Science field, preferably Food Science
- 0 - 3 years prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must demonstrate relentless commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Committed to lab work and able to execute bench top experiments.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to proactively and positively interface with various functions.
- Must be well organized, capture work details, and highlight any unexpected challenges.
- Must possess ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams.
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook (email/calendar).
