Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. While our office is located in Malvern we are seeking agents to service the Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Chester Counties! The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether leasing, buying or selling properties. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, strong marketing acumen, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate process while adhering to fair housing regulations and maintaining compliance with real estate laws.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to provide clients with comprehensive information about available properties.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Weekly Inventory Call
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions including documentation, contracts, and compliance with real estate law.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' needs.
- Excellent marketing skills to promote properties effectively across various platforms.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Administrative experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not required.
