Responsibilities:- Guide buyers through every step of the purchase process with expertise and confidence.
- Conduct property searches, showings, and market research to match client needs.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of buyers.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing steps with precision.
- Maintain consistent prospecting, follow-up, and client communications.
- Active North Carolina real estate license.
- Resilient, competitive, and committed to full-time real estate sales.
