- Create compelling content for various platforms, including Zillow, MLS, Realtor.com, websites, and print materials.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to prepare property listings and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing open houses and property showings.
- Maintain administrative tasks related to property management and marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual clients to broaden market reach.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate and property management practices is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in home sales and leasing platforms: MLS, Zillow, Apartments.com, and Realtor.com.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
