Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
Physical Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, mailers, email campaigns, mailed postcards, including neighborhood farming content in a consistent monthly touch program, implement a comprehensive 36-touh marketing plan for SOI touch program.
Company Review Program: Manage agent review program, with a focus on increasing overall company reviews. Focus on growth of review platforms and consistent client engagement in gaining team 5-star reviews.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Event Planning: Assist Director of Operations with organizing and executing client events.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Operations and our agents to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and to provide them with necessary marketing materials.
Listing Marketing: Assist listing coordinator with promoting our listings, open house events, and individualized marketing materials and campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand guidelines and messaging.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for printing, advertising, and promotional materials.
