Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Real Estate Trainer to coach, mentor, and develop licensed real estate agents to maximize their sales performance and compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings real-world expertise in real estate sales, contracts, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on key topics including:
- Listing presentations
- Buyer consultations
- Lead generation techniques
- Contract writing and negotiation
- Real estate technology tools (MLS, CRM, transaction software)
- Compliance and ethics
- Design and update training materials, guides, and video tutorials
- Develop onboarding programs for new agents
- Track agent performance and provide one-on-one coaching when needed
- Host weekly or bi-weekly skill-building workshops and role-play sessions
- Collaborate with the broker and leadership team to align training with company goals
- Keep agents informed about changes in market trends, contracts, and legal updates
- Help agents pass post-licensing and continuing education requirements (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful real estate sales or management experience
- Proven track record of mentoring or training agents
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Matrix MLS, Dotloop, Skyslope, kvCORE, or similar tools
- Ability to motivate and inspire agents at all levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
