Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-driven, proactive Transaction Coordinator to manage the contract-to-close process with precision and grace. This role is essential to ensuring our clients experience seamless, high-touch service from offer to closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, and escrow timelines
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized transaction files and compliance documentation
- Prepare commission disbursement authorizations and track financials
- Support agents with listing input, document prep, and scheduling
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects our luxury brand and values
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with CRM, MLS, and document management platforms
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
