Key Responsibilities

- Process invoices, handle payments, and assist with insurance-related transactions

- Assist with maintaining inventory levels for clinic supplies and retail products
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service role preferred
