As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and team members. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and support daily administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and proactive to ensure the reception area runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your main duties will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests, clients, and employees
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing the front desk, keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
- Providing basic information to visitors and handling inquiries
- Coordinating with other departments to support office operations
- Performing general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Receptionist, you should bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus)
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
