Job Responsibilities:
- Greet callers and clients professionally and courteously
- Answer and route phone calls; place outbound calls as needed
- Schedule appointments using our CRM tool
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the CRM
- Assist with payroll data entry and coordination
- Perform general office duties and support administrative needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with payroll processes (a plus, but not required)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office tools
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Pay: Competitive, based on experience (e.g., $12–$15/hr)
