We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk support, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars when necessary
Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Ensure office supplies are stocked and replenished
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
