What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the dealership and ensure they’re assisted promptly
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process payments for parts and repair tickets (cash and credit)
- Assist with dealership tag/title work (CVR system)
- Perform data entry and general office tasks
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and welcoming
- Learn about our products to better serve customers
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
- Availability to work every Saturday
- An interest in powersports is a plus!
