We are a private Dermatology practice looking for a fulltime receptionist. The job will include greeting patients going and coming. Checking patients in, checking patients out, collecting copays and balances, verifying insurance, booking appts, etc. This is an important role as you will be the face of the company. You will work closely with your team to make sure everything is ready for the day. At the the end of each day you will help your team shut down and close for the day. This is a fulltime (40hr + per week) role with shifts Mon-Fri and some Saturdays. The right person for the job should be friendly, able to work in a team setting, have customer service experience, be a fast learner, be able to take direction, willing to think out of the box and able to multi task.
