The Tech Info Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Management Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital records in a work-from-home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- Ensure all records are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with record retention and disposal processes
- Respond to record requests in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in records management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of records management best practices
- Experience with document management systems is a plus
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Minneapolis, Minnesota, US))
