Records Management Coordinator

Williams & Connolly LLP is currently seeking a Records Management Coordinator. This position will be within the Office of General Counsel and report directly to the Conflicts Attorneys regarding the firm's records management functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the law and/or working in a law firm and 2+ years of experience in legal or contract records and data management. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills; will have excellent judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality; the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and self-starter. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in a database is required. Experience with document management and records management software is a plus. Candidates must have the ability to work overtime as needed.

This is a non-exempt position. The hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Overtime may be required. The ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs. is required. After successfully completing the introductory period, the position will be eligible for telecommuting up to three days a week.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. The final offer amount is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, education, and other relevant skills and qualifications.
