Job Title: Recovery Specialist – Inpatient (Evening Shift)

Schedule: 32 hours/week | Evening Shifts | 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Friday to Monday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Recovery Specialist to work in a structured inpatient environment at our Lynn-based Transitional Support Services program. This role is critical in supporting individuals recovering from substance use during one of the most pivotal stages in their journey. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing monitoring, safety, and emotional support, as well as contributing to individualized treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client and unit safety by observing and supervising activities
- Conduct 30-minute well-being checks for all clients
- Support admission processes, including telephone screenings and searches
- Complete checklists, logs, and shift documentation according to policy
- Help clients access step-down levels of care and support their recovery journey
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with substance use or behavioral health populations preferred
- Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
- Must not have worked at a BILH-affiliated facility in the past 6 months
