JOB SUMMARY: Our dynamic Ethos Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we are seeking a full-time Recruiter (REMOTE) to lead recruiting efforts in our Medical Management division. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Field Case Management Nurses and other Medical Management roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively source top talent using job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate engagement with regular, professional communication.
- Keep accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends to recommend best practices.
- Partner with Medical Management leadership and HR to understand hiring needs and regional demands.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably within healthcare or insurance industry.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and behavioral interviewing.
- Proficient in sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is 100% remote, with required availability during standard business hours (consideration may be given to the candidate's local time zone). Occasional overtime may be requested during peak business periods to meet critical deadlines. This role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, operating a computer, and communicating via phone and email.
