RED FEATHER LOUNGE LEAD BRUNCH COOK
JOB SUMMARY
Red Feather Lounge is looking for an experienced and organized kitchen professional to lead our Weekend Brunch Program. The right candidate must have experience with breakfast service, including prep and cooking of elevated breakfast items.
Full Time Position
Days: Thursday through Sunday with some flexibility
Hours: 6am-3pm with some flexibility

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour D.O.E.
Shift: Mornings
WHAT YOU DO
Brunch Prep Organizing
- Build prep lists for weekend brunch needs
- Coordinate prep lists with Chef de Cusine and kitchen purchasing manager ensuring adequate inventory
- Support other brunch team in prep production related to brunch program
Brunch Line Support
- Work with Chef de Cuisne to review menu and provide suggestions/support for menu decisions
- Arrive early on Saturday/Sunday and prep line for brunch service
- Work with brunch team to execute breakfast/brunch menu
Requirements
- Professional use of digital communications: email, group chat
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a similar volume-based restaurant, with culinary understanding and skill in breakfast execution; cooking eggs
- Food Serve Safe certification
