Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
This is primarily an evening position. Hours are flexible but in the range of 3p-12a
The responsibilities of a Regional Area Manager include:
- Oversight of multiple Truck Wash locations
- Management of on-site supervisors and truck washing staff
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Planning and preparing work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Modern Maintenance Management to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
