The Regional Sales Manager is a key leader overseeing all operations, financial performance, and team development across a designated group of stores. You'll drive company strategy, build a high-performing culture, and ensure excellent customer experiences and profitability. This role acts as a vital link between corporate leadership and store teams, translating vision into action.

Requirements:
- Exceptional Communicator: Always available via email, phone, or text. You'll clearly convey information, provide feedback, and build strong relationships.
- Operational & System Savvy: Understand backend systems (POS, inventory, scheduling) or know where to find the answers. You'll use data to spot trends and improve performance.
- Field Presence: Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising, and safety. You'll identify issues and implement solutions.
- Performance Coach: Analyze store operations and KPIs, then create and deliver targeted coaching plans for managers to boost sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Culture Champion: Inspire and motivate your management teams, fostering a positive, engaging, and high-energy work environment that reflects company values.
- Trainer & Facilitator: Design and lead effective training and brainstorming sessions for store managers on topics like sales, operations, and leadership.
- Hands-on Support: Assist with store events, setups, and backend maintenance, demonstrating a willingness to jump in and help where needed.
- Talent Developer: Lead the hiring process for store managers, assist with training new employees, and identify future leaders within your region.
- Organized & Efficient: Manage conference calls, create detailed itineraries, and ensure efficient travel plans.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Monitor daily sales and operational performance, quickly addressing issues and providing real-time support.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all locations follow company policies on scheduling, overtime, and labor budgeting.
- Growth Leader: Oversee the setup of new "whitespace" locations and manage store relocations, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Diligent Tracker: Accurately log hours, mileage, expenses, and store visits using company software.
Responsibilities:
- Build a positive, customer-focused, and results-driven environment.
- Consistently meet or exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach and mentor your team daily to foster continuous growth.
- Set a strong example of professional conduct and integrity.
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit or regional management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Frequent daily travel (up to 100 miles) using your personal vehicle.
- Work 45-50 hours per week, typically Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays.
