Our client base includes independent “mom-and-pop” pet stores, mid-sized retail chains, grooming salons, specialty grocery stores, feed and farm supply shops, convenience stores, and more; all seeking the very best in premium pet products. We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative for the Arkansas and North Louisiana Region, with a focus on Little Rock, Fort Smith, and Fayetteville. This is a part-time on-site role located in Little Rock. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement strategies.
Compensation details:
Fully commissioned employee: 10% commission on qualified sales (selling new products and new brands into new and established accounts), and after the 90 day probation period, employee will be eligible to receive 10% commission on established qualified sales (selling brands and products that established stores already buy, and those accounts purchase more than usual or purchase in higher quantities).
+$12.50/hr for events, deliveries, and virtual team meetings (capped at 4hrs weekly)
+ $0.50/mile mileage reimbursement (any driving you do to visit retail stores)
When traveling (outside of home base by more than 2hrs)
+ $25 food per diem for half day, $50 food per diem for full day
+ $125/night for lodging, including taxes and fees
+ $0.50/mile mileage reimbursement

Will onboard as 1099 for the probation period (first 90 days) and will then onboard as W-2.
There is no work on Friday-Sunday (unless requested or as needed) due to the nature of the industry, and all in-person visits and outreach should happen Monday-Thursday before 5:00pm. Aside from that, the hours and schedule are relatively flexible, and the role is completely remote, with frequent travel to your stores to maintain and nurture that relationship. As mentioned, this is a relationship and outreach-oriented role. Strong communication skills and social skills are a must.
