Propelle + Konnect is a fast-paced experiential marketing agency specializing in luxury brands and travel retail. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and articulate Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator to support our team. This is a remote, part-time position — perfect for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has experience in an agency or client-focused setting.
The Role:
You’ll serve as a key point of coordination across projects, helping streamline communications, manage schedules, and support our internal operations. Your ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbal), stay organized, and anticipate needs will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules for leadership and team members
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal project timelines
- Organize digital files and update trackers or documents as needed
- Prepare client-facing communications or internal updates (professional tone required)
- Support project onboarding and administrative tasks as they arise
- Liaise with freelancers, talent, or vendors when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) — professional, concise, and clear
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar tools, and project management platforms (like Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-obsessed
